what if ur hair doesn't like the acv rinse.....it leaves my hair hard and very tangled. I'm about 10 months into transitioning

It sounds like you have low porosity hair, which means it's cuticle is tightly closed naturally. ACV rinse is meant really for people high porosity(open circle) and normal porosity, because it closes the cuticle. I myself cannot do the ACV rinses for this reason.

could you define a "clearifying" shampoo to you, because i thought neutralizing shampoos were considered "low ph" shampoos along with sulfate free shampoos

yeah I think so because when I do the stand test it floats but dries quickly. as im moisturizing one side, the other gets dry so I have to wet it again
