Coach, this is awesome! Everybody always wants to show off the power shots and fancy moves (which is fine and has a place). But so little attention is given to developing - and defending - the jab. Cheers!!!

Would love to find a gym like this one or go to this one. Guys I have been learning with at a club for a few months sorta just do the same routines over and over and this stuff seems like a great way to keep every skillset growing.
