4 Jaw Chuck Centering (taught by a Machinist)

Find center open jaws bring in live center press against chuck bring in jaws,then I play the odd even game.

I was taught to center the part within three revolutions of the chuck. If you analyze the methods you have been using I think you will discover that it is possible. I got yelled at if I spun the chuck too much.

Worst demo I’ve ever seen. I’d be done the job by the time you have it centered. You need to sweep the z-axis also, you don’t know the entire part is straight, jeez man .
