Central Theme: Waza no kankyū - how to generate powerful techniques by contraction and expansion, twisting and unwinding. Learn more about those fundamentals in Kihon and Kata such as Jion.

330 Minutes of Karate training, divided into 5 classes.
Central Theme: Shodō and Karate fundamentals such as dynamic, timing and hip movement.
Practice those important principles through Kihon and Kata like Tekki Shodan and Bassai Dai.
