*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

Awesome workout. My bell is only 15 lbs and it KILLS me. I really progressed through it pretty fast though, here's some tips for people who have as much trouble as I did. Do the full 30 mins no matter WHAT. If you're getting tired (and you will), start by giving yourself a short rest between exercises (no more than 1 min or longer if you are really out of shape.) Then, progress to taking that break after each set of 4 exercises. I used this system and it worked fantastic. And finish the sets!

is it safe on the wrist for the curls?
@tomcheung907410 жыл бұрын
It seems that it incorporates the dumbbell workouts into kettlebell, I think it has similar effect as bench press. The one put the kb on the back is similar to training tricep of dumbbell. I will try to add to my training routine. That is somehow intermediate workout. I try to kb curl with one hand, it is too difficult, if two hands, may be a little bit easier

how'd it go
@gabexd36492 жыл бұрын
@@Eli-ou8sq went pretty well for me. It can be very challenging, I would suggest starting off with something light just as an experiment and see how that feels and if it's too easy for the 30 mins then yeah, just increase the weight as needed .

Which excersie targets the chest?
@ednelson250110 жыл бұрын
your pushing out moves target the chest. The 45 angle hits the chest from a different position.just like doing push ups, but now you have some weight . Every variation hits the muscles in a different way.

So this first exercise was hurting my forearms. Does anyone have any tips to avoid it? I was thinking of getting a couple of long sweatbands, but maybe I'm just holding the kettlebell wrong. Or maybe my kettlebell is too small. I think it's same weight as his, but it doesn't have the same size.
