I've kept a bunch of plates on a cheap bar for about a year and it never bent. Tbh that one is kinda silly.

Yes and he’s quite strong . If you would watch his videos instead of leaving Hater comments, you would probably find a video of him pulling 600. But I’m sure that’s Not as strong as you Now is it .

Form will breakdown somewhat under heavy loads. Form Police usually don't even lift.

@@rapmann your form breakdown that much means too much weight. Widen your stance and work on strengthening your hips. Getting in the habit of poor form with heavy weights will guarantee an injury

@@Gettothegone That was a small amount breakdown. If he goodmorning'd even 20% more of that squat then I'd agree. But this is more a symptom of pushing yourself. Also, this small snippet probably doesn't translate into that lifter's everyday so your comment is still rude and meaningless.

It's a good morning swuat to full depth on a wide stance. At some point unavoidable with longer femurs and wide like that.
