Guys Listen to step 1 and 2 very closely, out of everything in this video in my opinion it so true from a personal standpoint. Background for those who are interested, I was anorexic as a kid, and constantly bullied and teased. I never talked to women until about the age of 18 (am 27 now) and it started with working out my very first week of going to college as a freshman. Over time when I took the time to build my body, and progress socially (due to being very shy as a kid) has now gotten to this point where people have an automatic respect that I never felt as a young adult even in my first couple of years. From a physique standpoint I am 6/0 170 lbs ish (8% bodyfat), and train specifically for Aesthetics, I get constant stares from both genders, I have leveled up my life to where some guys won't even bring me around. I have no issues getting girls attentions or even dates, and I have an extremely easy time meeting guys who are very respectful. This all comes from a perceived standpoint that someone else has of you. When one of the main questions I get at the gym is "what do you do?" which mostly comes from men initially and your able to make that impression on a stranger, just imagine what females are thinking when you seperate yourself from the crowd. *This also has a lot to do with ones hygiene and presentation. Heres a recent example I met this girl on Hinge about a week ago, I only reply to matches where the girl has matched first (high interest). Within a week I was able to get her number (without asking), get her on a date + have her drive over an hour to come see me on her only day off & driving her to dinner(lotta trust having never met her), and then spend the night and didn't want to leave the next afternoon. Trust me I have watched countless of this guys videos and IT WORKS. PLEASE LISTEN TO HIM, stop simping like I was a few years ago, be a fucking man and lead your own path through life.

Everything he's saying is right on the money fellas. Every bit of it. I got myself stacked with hard work beginning around 30 years old. I said screw it and got a job that scared me but paid well and then the intimidation fizzled. I was completely dedicated to buying a lake home and started working out. Not alot but enough to look decent naked. Everything came together and im so proud of myself. Good quality hot women will come over and jump your bones to the point you wont even believe it. Sit down on a machine instead of free weights if you’re just starting your fitness journey. The machines are almost impossible to use with improper form, they only operate how they where designed. Pick a relatively reasonable weight you can lift and get the feel for before going Hulk. Also the machines have stickers highlighting the range of motion of that machine for the body part it’s designed to train, it will have a 1., 2 , 3 position kinda thing through range of motion of that machine and it’s exercise. Plus you sit down at the machine no one’s lookin at yuh, you go stand up in-front of all the benches at the free weigh rack and then don’t know what you’re standing there is well idk but you feel like eyes are on yuh maybe. Don’t go too heavy since your body isint used to tearing it’s muscle fibers regularly if you are just getting started, so take it easy cuz youl be resting more than you’d like to the first couple months. Do simple 4 sets of 10 reps of everything starting out and move onto another exercise until you’re fatigued or your time in your schedule allows. People are awesome at the gym tho, for real, their endorphins and energy is up, they all no matter who you are , are improving themselves, you can’t not feel good about that, youl be surprised how much you’ve always desired the kinda atmosphere and people a gym brings if you haven’t gone to one yet. That’s the best advice I got. The gyms my second home so idk if anyone can put that any better without overdoing it. Youl be shredded in no time brotha you got it on yuh! 💪🏼💪🏼
