There's a tool consisting mainly of a tapered tube with which you can replace valve stems from the outside without breaking the bead. Amazon has them. I keep one in my flat fix box I carry in my vehicles.

Pro Tip: Get some TR412 valve stems. They're super short and far less prone to trail damage. TR412s are intended for ATVs with tiny wheels and I was nervous about running them at speed. I cut one down the middle with my band saw and it's cross-section is identical to common automotive stems, just shorter.

The 2" front driveline has 1-1/2" more clearance. The diameter of a 2-1/2" square is a little over 3-1/2" (the distance between two opposing corners).

Yeah I already saw the video you were talking about at the beginning of the video. It was interesting. Paul from Fab Rats was doing pretty good until he broke the axles and locker.

I have a system That I got on Amazon to replace tire stems without removing the tire. It’s pretty handy.

I use a high lift jack to break the beed. Use the receiver hitch on my truck for weight and they pop right down.

Jam nut being loose will strip out the bungs. People claim they are pulling thread out when all along its because they dont check the jam nuts.

hi guys,... they do make a funnel looking device that will allow you to put valve stems in from the outside however I have never used one and do NOT know how effective they are Mike

There is a special tool for installing a valve stem. It looks like a steel pipe that is a funnel. Has a ramrod of some sort that is inserted into the valve stem. As it hammers it in the funnel compresses the bulb and voila your valve stem is inserted. Ask at your favorite tire shop. Great Vid! Thanx!
