About This Game (from steam)
Welcome to Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2, the most ridiculous and insane battle simulator in existence! Create eye watering battles with hundreds of thousands, and even millions of characters on screen! Sandbox mode will return, with infinite army sizes and far greater flexibility than ever. Command your armies in RTS mode with full drag select army control, or get the job done yourself and play as any one of the units in 3rd or 1st person. In coming updates for early access, jump into multiple story and player driven campaigns or make your own and share them with your friends! FPS invasion will also be returning soon, where you play through the eyes of a soldier fighting off hordes of zombies in first person.

Our hope is to bring physics to a scale never before seen, which may allow thousands of ragdolls, and millions of physics based objects. Keep in mind, our physics engine is in very early development so we can't make any guarantees.

The mini gun heavy Germans, cause a lot of blood. Dead march map use the big castle left side. Attack with zombies. Have heavy Germans with mini guns on the walls (groups 1000or2000 is plenty) and a few shotgun heavy jerrys inside castle here and there.(same size inside around gate bit, so mini guns do more work) Guaranteed blood lakes everywhere & in the "moat" bit.😉(with blood mode clicked) Most blood managed to get covering map. Groups 1000 works best, bigger sqauds wipe zombies out to quick.👍 "little Timmy get your dingy"😁 P.s. put them on hold ground not attack or they drown.

The heavy Germans look a bit like resident evil "Umbrella soldier's". You could do a resident evil story line using the Zombies. just an idea😁

The Ai of the defenders was a bit wonky this time, but it worked for them lol. First the zombies had to funnel through the choke points to get into the city, and once they had it the imperials stepped outside and made them funnel back out.

Outside of New York, LA and maybe Houston you don't even have multiple millions. Most big cities are between a couple hundred thousand and a million.

Good battle, but would prefer if you could go to end, and try to free up the troops that appear to have been bugged out / locked in place.

True but I can also understand why he tends to cut most his video's off. There is no "speed up" function in the game. Battles like this can last a few hours and especially on things like this city map it's far harder to do time lapses as the front lines move constantly and the buildings block lines of sight.

Love the piles and pools. I would love to see you do your best strategy against overwhelming odds. Eg.some on defence some on attack etc. Just want to see you destroy 10m with one million so little Timmy can get out his aircraft carrier. :)

NGL, when that Space Marine fell at 37:35, I thought the other was gonna fall and that was gonna be it for that flank. But nah. The other Space Marines in the distance cleaned up and hastily made their way to their sole brother while the defenders further back went back into the city to help This entire siege was a rollercoaster of emotions... only to be cut off by Exterminatus...

I tought that would be more succesfull for defenders to remain in the city center but it resulted quite good with the victorious outbreak to the flanks. Very nice battle.

The explanation for the space marines dying so fast (or missing so many shots on the Ultra marines) in my head is these are not Space marines. They are aspirants or Scouts, basically baby space marines still in training.

I do love my Guard. I think the lack of units really does weaken their defense. Combine arms with strong infantry support. Men, tanks, heavy weapons, artillery, and air support. In the table top. 1 squad of men there can be 1 special weapon(grenade or flame thrower) and one heavy weapon(autocannon and such) just that would change a lot in these battles.

the sad part is that even if the humans won the battle the city would still be uninhabitable. mountains of corpses as high as some buildings, lakes of blood, the number of diseases and rot combined with the stench would mean the entire city was already lost.

As much as I like such visions of endless slaughter, it gets bland after a while. Imagine Imperial Guard not just standing there, but maning all the buldings, all the widndows and roofs, streets filled with minefields and makeshift barricades and traps, military defence positions enhanced with heavy bolters, heavy stubbers and mortars. Leman Russes entreched and using all of their weapons. Space Marines not just standing in one place, but acting as mobile force supporting faltering defence lines. And of course usage of entire Imperial arsenal. Flamethrowers, plasma weapons, grenades and grenade launchers, actual melee weapons, heavy bolters, power weapons, jumppacks and terminator armor with assualt cannons, heavy flamethrowers and missile launchers, various types of Leman Russ, Chimeras and Sentinels, Space Marine vehicles and Imperial Knights. On the other side we could have even greater numbers and speed, World War Z style swarms, zombies scaling buildings like Spider-Man and flesh abominations spawning from mountains of corpses and lakes of blood. Maybe one day we will get a game that can do all that. We can only hope.

With all the testing to try and make the fights balanced about 6-7 hours. Most of the testing is recorded for members extra content, each conmtaining timelapses of about 4-6 hours of footage :)

For a game that supports millions of units I would say the AI is pretty dang good for what they do. And you wont see this many units on screen in a game for another 10 or 15 years or more so that's what makes this war game unique.
