This situation has actually given me the golden opportunity to kick-start my leveling up! I am fortunate enough to have kept my job, just moved to a permanent home office situation. With no commute, minimal social compromises and being able to cook for myself everyday, I have finally established a workout routine, started eating whole home-made meals and started studying to make a career move into art curating. This year has brought a lot of loss and grievance to my life, but also the tools to reach a new balance and learn skills I thought were out of my reach. Where do you live honey? I'm asking because many times GEOGRAPHY (or our location, such as city, country, etc) has a lot to do with whether we find success or not, especially in the employment arena. One should not expect to be gainfully employed if he/she lives in a desert for example. People have to be willing and able to move around constantly to find good jobs.

Anna, I have to say thank you. 💛 I took SOTEW over the summer, and although we are in a pandemic and I’ve started professional school in a different major city in the US, I passed all my classes and got leadership positions I didn’t think I could get before. I dress more femininely, am more aware of my boundaries, and get more respect from people I meet. I feel more confident and have higher standards when it comes to dating. When traveling alone a few weeks ago, I even asked random men to help me store my carry-on luggage on the plane, instead of doing it myself, and they were very happy to help. The mindset is such an important part of the journey. I know I have a long way to go to get where I want to be, but I want to acknowledge the progress I’ve made with your help.

A lot people were saying, "I can't wait for 2020 to be over!" as if 2021 would be a magic wand to end the pandemic and resume normal life! Unfortunately, the world has a long road ahead of us towards recovery. The vaccine has provided some light at the end of the tunnel, but we should still be prepared to deal with the conditions of the pandemic through 2021 too! I agree, we cannot put our lives on hold and wait for the pandemic to be over. We should still pursue our goals in the best way that we can, and take advantage of certain parts of the pandemic that are actually BENEFICIAL to achieving our goals. For example, more time at home has given me more time to work out and get toned!! We will get through this, ladies! We just have to stay motivated and consistent, and we will come out of the pandemic looking and doing better than ever!

​@Ham Sammich See, and that's the thing. For people out there that are in abusive families and relationships, the pandemic really hurt a lot of people in that aspect. Regulations prevented them from escaping and made it extremely hard to get jobs. They're trying to stress people out with misleading statistics and fear-mongering so we'll want to take the vaccine. A lady who took the vaccine made a video of her face becoming deformed because of it. Will they even tell us what's exactly in the vaccine? No, of course not. It's SHADY as hell. I don't care about being considered an "anti-vaxxer" I'd rather risk the barely 1% of death from COVID. I likely had COVID anyway, probably multiple times, and recovered as with any other illness. I bet many people had COVID and recovered w/o treatment and don't even know it. However.. I don't agree that a job should be considered someone's livelihood and I think 2020 was a wake-up call for people that 100% rely on their jobs only. Everyone should have something else-- investing in stocks, a side hustle, etc. instead of putting all their eggs in one basket. (Online) entrepreneurs have soared and people with multiple streams of income have thrived even if they had a job that they lost. Yes, their income has become a lot lower, but they're not hanging onto a thread. Many people used this pandemic to become productive, save/budget money, start their own business, have some side incomes by selling their items, or used their degrees/certifications to start their own service in that industry.

Hi Anna - I use the time to learn French and English. And you are my English Teacher. I listen to your videos 5 to 10 times and download the transcripts. They are quite good because you have such a clear pronunciation. If I find mistakes, I correct them. Then I practice reading until I can read without mistakes. Get self help books on the subject, look up psychology videos on youtube, and read articles on your issue, and work through it at your own pace. That's what I do with my issues, and it has really helped.

Have you heard of EMDR therapy? It’s said to be really powerful in healing trauma. My goal for this month is to find an EMDR therapist and begin my own therapy this month.

You will relive them aniway because of the traumatic memory. Find the therapist YOU like and you will feel good to tell it. You don't have to tell it during the first session. If they're linked with sexual abuses, make sure you choose a psychologist who's formed in victimology. Not everyone is good at receiving a traumatism

I think no matter what happens, pandemic or no we should always ask ourselves how we can make our life better. I may have not been able to grow my social circle or travel, but I worked on my mental and physical health, I made an effort to make my romantic relationship stronger than ever and I feel really close to my family. Those video calls worked like magic. I have to say I feel quite relieved I don't have to be so busy all the time and I can relax more. Covid has helped me to reevaluate what truly matters ✨ Wishing you the most amazing 2021🎉
