I started seeing a therapist as a result of a conflict with neighbours. It was cathartic. The most important thing I learned is that I cannot control how other people feel about me, so trying to be liked or being neutral is useless. You'll be caught in an impossible pursuit of trying to behave in an acceptable manner for a complete stranger, for someone you should not care for at all, thus shrinking yourself into nothing. And even then, they'll find something to dislike. It's not worth it. You deserve better. It's so logical but so difficult to believe and live by.

This is so true! I have an extremely intrusive neighbor and for years I had been thinking I have to accommodate her into my life because she has no one. This mindset has recently shifted and it’s so much more free to be able to feel like you can exist on your own property and not deal with someone coming over or being nosy. I’m sure she will still be nosy, but I can’t care anymore! This comment thread is cathartic ❤️

Anna, I think another transformation of yours is your content transformation: did you think when you first started your yt channel that you would also have a podcast and such a creative IG content in the future, ALL at the SAME time? In the beginning you were focusing just on how to enter high society and how to attract high value men and how to look and what to do in order to do that and now you discuss way MORE topics, a lot of psychological topics such as motivation, how to stop procrastinating, how to take action etc etc. You became way more confortable now with yt, you’re being way more familial, way more ‘with us’, way more personal. You evolved so much with your content!♥️

I agree it's great to see your channel evolving ... the reality is that high quality man value all the things you are currently sharing ...more than looks or appearance. Beauty is the ticket but character maturity and personality will take you further.

@@nurtured-channel2953 Melania was studying architecture which is a difficult program because it involves art and engineering. Her professor said she was very intelligent and talented but understood her decision to leave to become a model. She could make a lot of money and be paid to travel while she was young. Thank you soo much for this video. I set the intention that this year is the year I take back my power from others. I’m 32 a single mum, now divorced. My family have always been negative unfortunately. I used to be such a different person maybe 8 years ago...extremely motivated, I achieved everything I put my mind to. After years of people chipping away at my confidence or telling me I’m to much of a perfectionist..to fussy..shouldn’t waste my time on some of my goals. I’ve reached my boiling point. I want to be the old me that believed truly I can do ANYTHING I set my mind to. Sometimes those closer to us are the most toxic. I now do meditations, practice gratitude everyday..woke up this morning at 5am to go to the gym. Reading and watching you, Tony Robbins, Joe Dispenza and stopped completely watching TV. I can feel i am more determined and started dreaming again and believing and taking action towards my dreams. I think we really need to be careful of others because I let others walk all over me for far to long.

Life can also be the best coach. I’ve always been a people pleaser and when I was a music teacher, I felt like I didn’t have enough leverage to really take charge of my winter concert (to an extent I actually didn’t, I was in a toxic workplace), so I tried to acquiesce to a variety of concerns. When the day came, parent, teachers, staff, and others were still complaining despite my best efforts to be accommodating. I realized then that the best thing I could do was do what I thought was best. Sticking to my guns, trusting my instincts and training, and making decisions based on my own education would be best; not because people wouldn’t judge me, but because it was MY best and a reflection of MY work and inspiration. As long as I’m doing me, nothing else really matters.

It is so important to realise we are born into a pre-constructed world. We view this world and then try to find our identity in it. If given the freedom, we can alter the world to suit ourselves. Imagine that every single person is trying to find their identity in this world and are changing it to suit themselves. That is why there is so much friction because we have the freedom to change our worlds. It is actually a blessing because it means the society we live in is free to adapt. Thus, you just accept that everyone is going through their journey and you move forward. 💖

Thank you! I needed to watch this! I have to deal with the negative energy each day at work, and it is beyond nerve wrecking! It sucks because I am so observant, and I catch just about everything even when I do not. My spirit is so in tuned to the environment, consciously and subconsciously. I am truly seeking better ways to block the negativity of others without having to display disgust and extreme distance. Thank you and please keep up the great contributions!

Anna I respect you because not every woman can come up on camera, talk and express herself, say what she thinks and feels. That something to be admired from you. May God bless you and continue to give you that wonderful wisdom, bravery and courage that you carry.

Great video. I never care what others think of me. its a waste time to think about what others think. Younger folks will learn this eventually.

Elegance is like self-esteem, it's you, because you feel it. You cannot learn both; you can only learn to feel it ... if you don't feel it, you are neither.

When you observe human behaviour and you see that people are just doing the best they can, you become more understanding of the fact that people will pass their own judgement. Its subjective and all a matter of perspective. Passing judgement/observing It's a part of human nature. When you spend time self reflecting and you are honest with yourself, aware of what your strengths and weaknesses are, you wont take other peoples perspective as solid validation of who you are since you should know yourself better then anyone else. Amazing advice once again, Anna!! x

Hello Anna! I am a 13 year old girl who truly wants a higher life, and your channel has been so incredible! I loved this video so much! I used to compare myself with a lot of people, and although I knew I had to stop, I didn't know how, so this was a lifesaver! Also, thank you so much for the free mini series! When I got the notice last week, I signed up so fast, and I am loving it! It's absolutely incredible, and I am looking forward to the rest of the series! Thanks again!

I really admire you and think you are a great role model for women. The fact that you were not born into money and worked on yourself to be independent and attract positive people and situations, gives you so much substance underpinning all that you say.

Thank you so much for this hearttouching video, Anna ❤️. I'm single after 10 years of engagement and first times were really hard for me. I felt completely alone and afraid of my future but time by time I found myself again, doing so many things on my own and finding them so pleasant to do in this way ❤️. Even today, after 2 years has passed, so many people around me keep me judging (especially woman) and I was so upset for this. When I stop care of what other think, I found that I 'm strong enough, that everyone has its journey, that making comparison is dangerous and no sense. Keep going with what you have Now! Thank you for your work, you put your heart in it, Anna ❤️

I'm not interested in affluence and don't share your perspectives on relationships or femininity. And here I am on the umpteenth video after you somehow popped up in my feed. You are an amazing lifecoach, give great, sound advice, and I catch a tremendously good vibe from you as a person. Thank you for sharing your energy! You have been a gift from God while I'm going through a rather dark moment and I thank you.

Thank you so much for this video Anna❤❤ As women we have always been wired to think and care about opinions of others before looking into ourselves and in so many societies people use this as a tool deliberately to control and subdue women, so that women think about others before caring for themselves. Thank you so much Anna for once again showing it to us all that it's okay for us women to care about ourselves, our needs and wants and to be Confident in our own selves. ❤❤❤

Who else are taking notes and sitting with a pen and paper? Thanks to you Anna for making me feel that it's completely fine not to talk about whom I am dating. I am basically that person who loves to share and want the whole world to know whom I am dating. It's not a show off for me. But, it's like I am sharing my joy. But, this has hurt me a lot in the past. And these days I am completely 🤐 Except my two closest friends

I used to be extremely insecure to the point where I would hold myself back. Who suffers the most? Ourselves. We don't live our lives for other people's satisfaction, especially strangers, so who cares! I am here to tell you that its VERY HARD to practice what I preach. I always remind myself, the best thing I could ever wear is a smile. Also, I'm the only one who knows how to be me. I don't know how to be anyone else but me. Keep it up and you will attract your fans.
