Whenever I click on ‘’enroll today’’, I just get redirected to the very same screen with the ‘’enroll today’’ button in there, I don’t get asked any of my information to proceed with payment.

@@源头出苹果开发者 i somehow solved the problem. i called apple support, they literally said "we cant disclose the reason but you cant enroll" :D i guess the problem was my id, i had gmail mail address account, i created icloud one and somehow they accepted this time
