@@celinabond I agree! I think of it like this-- Have you ever gone into Gucci? Flagship store in Manhattan? Its lovely, elegant, there are no cash registers, transactions are done behind the velvet curtain in a parlor off to the side; there are no sales racks- no clearances. Why? Because it's not made for the common people. It's special. It is something so lovely. Its wonderful. Its' not Walmart. I wish all females believed themselves to be Gucci; they are not for everybody. and that's ok. Ladies, dont be Walmart. And remember this, I am not too expensive, you just cant afford me, there's a difference. Love yourself so much you'll never be a clearance item for just anybody ever again.

He's absolutely right - call him out when he doesn't follow through and if he continues to not follow through (I say 3 times) cut him off. The key to doing this is to do it early, (within the first three months of meeting) before you start gaining real feelings. If he really is worth it, he'll come around, if he doesn't, then you were going to waste your time anyway. Also, don't be afraid to say what you want. Be true to you. F*** all that "I don't wanna scare him off" crap - if you aren't getting what you want you'll be miserable anyway. Find someone who'll meet you where you're at (.)

my therapist says, “two times’ a pattern.” so in the last year i’ve had to grow comfortable with cutting men off if they’re not following through on their promises after two times lol 💀 it’s so hard but ultimately what men and women have to understand and honor is this: we cannot invest in someone just based off how much we like them, we must also consider how much investment they’re reciprocating as well, and act accordingly to that.

I consider myself a high value woman and I have taken your advice several times. It works like magic. My standard discussion goes like this, “ hey, I can tell you’re pulling away a little bit and, I don’t want you to feel awkward about that. Maybe you’re not my guy and I’m not your girl and God has a better person out there for both of us. I really like you and I would like to go further with you however, at this point I’m getting the feeling that that’s not what you want. So, I’m going to go do my own thing and date other people. If you ever decide you want something more significant with me feel free to reach out. Maybe I’ll be available, maybe I won’t. Only God knows. If I have misread your intentions please feel free to clarify. Otherwise, best of luck” Every single guy I have done this with might take a little bit of space like a week to four weeks. But, they always come back saying that they have messed up and I am absolutely wonderful and they are an idiot and they want a relationship with me again. However, by that time it’s usually too late because I do have lots of options. I’m a little bit older so I’ve had lots of experience dealing with relationships and heartbreak. Your advice to women is spot on. You are very raw and real and you tell it like it is. Every lady needs to listen to your straightforward advice.

You make a good point. If I meet a guy that think I'm low value to him, and ranks me as a 5 or lower, then that how I'm gonna view him in my eyes too. I only mirror the way a guy treats me. If he has no respect for me, and gives low minimal effort, then he will get the same energy in return from me. It simple as that, and I will just always keep my options open for other men. First of all, I'm looking into your course. I need it. Second of all, I can tell you why women cannot seem to hold the guy she likes yo standards. I am a woman. And it.goes back to what you said in the beginning. You had it right. Women are stubborn when they narrow their focus onto one guy. Ive been like this my whole life. I think we are just extremely loyal to ppl who don't deserve it because it's in our DNA and we are expressing it too early on in the relationship. This is why the dating scene is so bad for women. Elliot is right.... especially on that last bit - I was in texting limbo for a couple of weeks until I told the guy I'm out - unless this was actually going to progress towards something. He was shocked! Less than 24 hours later, he already had a date planned out for us. 3 weeks to the day I called him out, he officially asked me to be his girlfriend (just last night!). Sometimes all it takes is raising your standards, communicating clearly what you want, and sticking to your guns about what you are not willing to accept! That being said, results may vary based on your guy's interest in you (obviously!).

Absolutely agree with you on the 8 dates. I just watched a KZbin channel called Tripp Advice titled ‘5 things to never do with women’ catered to men of course, he advised to not commit to a woman before 6 months and to be “non-monogamous” justifying it with calling it the “still getting to know her” phase. WOW! My mind was blown! He didn’t advise these men not to be physically intimate with her during this time either. Sounded like a complete douche and it was very macho advice that only jerks would agree with. It’s alarming he’s advising men to do this.

After 4 years of up and down he got angry over nothing. Called it off no explanation. I let him go. Not playing those. Angry games
