Sanna Gurung my heart goes out to you. My daughters are young adults now but I have been where you are. It’s hard having the lives of others dependent on you and when it’s new you’re not getting enough rest or what YOU need but you’re expected to just keep going. If you have friends or family nearby, there’s nothing wrong with having someone come over so you can get a little rest. It does all fall into place eventually and they won’t be as dependent on you forever...it seems so far away but it goes by faster than you realize. If you’re suffering from postpartum, which is not your fault if you are, there’s no shame in seeking help from your doctor. I look at parenting the same way as flight attendants explain the oxygen mask...first you must put the mask on YOURSELF before you put one on the people around you...self care is important or you’re not able to give your best to those you love. I’m sending genuine support and comforting energy to you. I wish you health and happiness. 🙏

I found this page a couple days ago and subscribed immediately, with the amount of instant stress relief and calmness it gave me I was so grateful, I'm a person that loves gardening, watching nature and DIY just like her I'm not that grate with stress and anxiety too. I'm facing my finals in uni these days and watching this, this is my life goal and it's so peaceful and meaningful it was so overwhelming to watch i started to cry.
