Killing of innocent is not justified and killer should be punished as per constitution. But central Government immediately endorsed Governor Law in Punjab on killing of six innocent but in Manipur no Governor law endorsed where about 200 innocent people are killed. Who will justified both action of central Government in two states when issue concerned between majority and minority.
