Maintainance grant ho gayi but zyada nahi Mila usse toh phir after 1.5years ke baad delhi CAW cell mein complaint kardi that is for money. I learnt something mostly woman who file false cases woh sab plan karti hai pehle se hi you won't even notice ki kuch gadbad hai. And aisi ladkiyon ke parents bhi involved hote hai. Technically apke hi paiso se apke hi against cases karti hai. Aisi ladkiyan sabse pehle gold chori karti hai. So agar pta lage toh directly police station jao and complaint karo wife and uski ke family ke against.

Actually Domestic violence, alimony, rape, dowry (all the above filed by women) etc are some of the favorite cases of any Indian lawyer as the chances of winning these cases is highest. Copy pasting colonial laws and adding some regressive articles such as 15(3) isn't wise. All these laws against men are based on article 15(3). That's the reason the courts never called out these anti men laws as unconstitutional. The constitution itself is anti men. None of the constitution makers were wise.

i feel so empowered after hearing all this. i went for a walk to a hill in pune and i was attacked by a man there God saved me. i kept quiet. i was stalked by a man when i used to go for cs foundation course. not just stalked i was molested. i kept quiet did not even tell my family members. cried when i came back to my pg. i was several time when i was driving my 2 wheeler harrased by men driving along with me. i finally started shouting at those men with full energy but no police case. i was watched by another employee in my ibm office very intimidatingly. i kept quiet. we need to educate women about all these laws so that they are in control of their situation (not do police case everytime but atleast be fearless) where they think they are weak and cant fight back. i transformed from a weak woman to a strong after a long time and that too after facing so much.
