I got the cigarette case preloved, also in great condition. It nicely fits lipsticks or lipglosses. Also a thin spray purse perfume. Also have rolled up cash along with a lipgloss and the perfume. Love it.

Hi with regards to Zenplus in the question what if the item is not authentic? Understand you mentioned that they will contact the seller and once the seller accept the item, they will refund the buyer. What if the seller insist that is authentic and the buyer informed it is not? I mean if there is a dispute, how are these going to be settled by Zenplus? I am not saying this will happened but i believed when purchasing online it can be very bitchy at times. Thanks for sharing.

Totally see your point, things can get messy if each side insists on their findings. However, I believe that since the item will already be back at Zenplus when they reach out to the seller about the suspicion of counterfeit, regardless of the outcome, the buyer will receive a refund. If the item is counterfeit, the seller is removed from the platform. If the item is found to be authentic, I believe the seller has the option to relist it on their site. I will reach out to them to double check! ♥️

I got a cigarette case super cheap (it’s beat up but still structurally sound) and was going to use it as a card holder of sorts but turns out it’s the best thing to carry charging cords and old wired earbuds.
