I'm getting to a point where it's not "I want to meet Rhett and Link", it's "I NEED to meet Rhett and Link". Seriously guys. I have always said I would cry of joy if I met Rhett and Link, but in the back of my mind I have always wondered if I actually would. Last night was the first time in my life I have ever cried of happiness. I have cried of pain, sadness, anger, fear, and even jealousy. But NEVER of happiness. Until last night, that is. Tears were legitimately rolling down my cheeks. No, I didn't meet them, but I was just THINKING about the concept of meeting them. I was FREAKING THINKING ABOUT IT. And I started crying of joy. I am not kidding guys. The feelings are real and powerful. The fact haunts me that I might never get to see them in the flesh, talk to them, or get a picture with them. I have a few of the gear and I have been a mythical beast since I was 10/11 (I'm 13 now). But I have just been getting this into them in the last few months. Guys, I seriously feel like I need HELP. It's either therapy or meeting them. And I'm starting to be afraid that even if I meet them, the fact that I probably won't ever see them AGAIN will slowly eat me away. Guys I feel like I need to like be sort of FRIENDS with them to be satisfied. And I KNOW that will never happen. Will I ever be whole again? I get legitimate aches in my chest thinking about how much I want to see them in the flesh. Rhett and Link, if by some strange miracle you happen to read this, I just want you to know, that even though I am just another mythical beast to you, you are EVERYTHING to me. Thank you for existing. Thank you for being who you are. Thank you for being friends. More like brothers. Thank you for sharing a little piece of yourselves with the world. With me.
