I don’t know if Jessica will see this, but her video of 4 photographer shooting the same model she did in Tokyo with Georgia Risa a couple of years ago, started a domino effect that changed my life! I started following everyone from that video, Ellie, one of the photographers, who’s also from the same country as me, hosted a workshop, which I ended up going to. Back then I wasn’t happy with how my photos were tunring out and I was very unmotivated honestly and I really looked up to her work and style. I ended up being the only to participate on the workshop that day since the others had canceled last minute, which turned out for the best since I became great friends with Ellie and had the opportunity to shoot with Georgia! Ellie taught me her work and editing style and how to find foreigner models in Japan and that made me start actually using my english, which I was shy to do so hahahaha Now I have found myself and my style and this year will start transitioning to full time photography! So thank you Jessica! You indirectly changed my life 🥹

I so missed this series! This was interesting. I'm in love with the second set of photos by Tristan and Eva. There are so many textures, the outfut is amazing and also has interesting textures, everybody did a perfect job there (from my point of view). I'm truly impressed. And also the phone! These are so great and inspiring. And Jessica, I really enjoyed your photos from the first set. Also, the textures, colours and generally the mood. It's warm, and beautiful, and modern, and at the same time nostalgic. Everybody did a great job!

From the first round my favorite was Tristan's second photo. Goes to show that lighting makes all the difference despite the caliber of camera. Only problem was the lack of dynamic range which resulted in lots of blowouts. Jessica's first photo in the first round was nice once again because of lighting though the shoe got a bit hot and Kazumi's second is starting to grow on me. In the second round Tristian's first picture was once again my favorite because of the great light and I would have like Iva's first photo if she had been given the time to develop the concept. For Jessica and Kazumi's second round I was just not a fan of the outfit. Overall I think Tristian's team won because lighting and flip phones are too OP.
