That bug happens when you destroy mithrix too quicky on the last phase. It's a game ending bug if it happens because you cannot escape fast enough to the ship.

Buy the right maps if possible, scout the map as you're waiting for money, pop health altars if available, take the furthest chests from the tp first, PRIORITIZE good items (bleed/crit/missiles, especially bands on chunkers like Loader). Oh, and keep the time to around ~5 min per stage up to stage 4.

I've noticed I play better on my own. Monsoon solo might sound awful, but give it a shot, you might get a lot further than you did with friends.

Okay I just noticed something really weird about Mithrix's phase 4 which I can safely say I have noticed multiple times now and am not sure if it is a bug. When Mithrix is FULLY done taking away Woolie's stuff, its apparent that he is not using certain items closer to the BEGINNING of Woolie's massive item pool. This would include shaped glass, as there is no indicator on the health bar, and the syringes, which is proven through 1: 17:27 in which Mithrix's animation for summoning the orbs is NOT quicker, and 2: 17:30 when the genesis loop goes off normally as if it wasn't interacting with the attack speed buffs. Additionally, I'm almost certain backup mags increase the amount Mithrix can use his orbs, and despite Woolie having a few, Mithrix does his primary attack after one orb slam, which I'm pretty sure he was likely supposed to do another one of. I've seen this even in runs without this terrible glitch at the end, usually late into the game of course. The biggest offender I've seen would be a stage 21 or so Mithrix NOT using Captain's microbots. I don't know if this is a bug or not, as it could be hidden internal balance for god runs.

I had something similar happen on a 3rd loop mithrix fight. The moon detonation started at the same time that mithrix sucked my items. Basically turns in to a death sentence.

i really like to use sharesuite paired with multitudes to make all chest spawns and boss drops act as if it's still singleplayer, but with multiplayer enemy scaling, as i've found that the insanely high amount of chests and boss drops makes it way too easy once you get past stage 2

3:30 This reminded me of a 4 player run that happened (before anniv update on console) where me and 2 others died on Sky Meadow but the last one alive was the Artificer. We hit 3 or 4 mountain shrines and 2 overloading worms spawned. 2 of us already died before the tele but I and the Artificer lived. One of the worms died due to a collision glitch that insta-kills them. I kept on going for a bit but I died later. The second worm died and the Artificer got 16 Molten Perforators. We then went to fight Mithrix and he got absolutely SMACKED by the balls of death that were summoned. We didn't loop, we just got to stage 5 then the moon.

Woolie, I played Monsoon Run with only one type of enemy per stage. I got some brooches, some razorwires, and got lucky enough to find two tesla coils. I think I also got a ukelele and some other stuff too (Not nearly as optimal as I could theoretically make it.) I then ended up staying in place overnight, leaving the game on. I lasted about 109 minutes and some change around 20 seconds. That death screen was LAGGING. xD

My favorite way to abuse multitudes is with swarms and sacrifice. Early game is quite literally hell on earth, but after stage 2 or so, shit gets fun fast

We encounter more problem than usual at mithrix last phase nowadays... I had kinda this, where he killed himself after stealing all our items (no boss life bar), but you got double bug : he dies, gives you back your items, planet is destroyed, AND he is still alives and steal your items again

I had an eclipse 8 run get to 3rd phase mythrix as captain and had that glitch happen. It really sucked because I was almost guaranteed to win that run, which would've been my first E8 win ever, but it ended to that dumb glitch

Fun fact: Multitudes with Honor and Dissonance allows you to get Void Revers, giant lizards, and other such things on stage 1. So the realization you get 4 red items, is why I and some others hate the new stage 4 map. It completely screws you over in co-op. Also I wouldn't recommend buffing Daisy like you said, when you get around 10 daisies every 10% will trigger once, at 100 it will literally constantly fully heal you and kill everything around you. It would be OP for infinite loop runs. It soft triggers immortality.

I get that bug where the final stage Mithrix also triggers the detonation sequence while he's taking your items pretty often. Though rarely does he *_continue_* taking your items like that. From what I can tell, it's caused by killing Phase 2 Mithrix too quickly and something causes the game to not register the final phase ever beginning (or something. I know nothing about how this game works, I'm just going by what usually happens before that bug occurs).

I know I'm over a year late, but in regards to buying the item in stage 3 during the TP despite its distance, I actually had this happen to me the other day, and my guess is that it can happen sometimes if there's multiple bosses and you kill a specific one. Either that or just the game completely randomly missing that multishop? But I feel like it was disabled until the one boss died so idk
