Most of these prophecies were fulfilled before Christ walked the Earth. They did in fact return to Israel and the temple was rebuilt. Jesus also stated that it would be torn down and it was. Literal Israel is not prophesied in the last days. The nation of Israel once again broke their covenant with God, as clearly stated in the book of Jeremiah. The key word in the covenant that God made with ancient Israel is "IF." A covenant is only binding when both parties keep their part of the bargain. We are told by Jesus in Mat 21:43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. Israel could no longer be God's chosen because they were no longer producing the fruits. All who belong to Christ are the new Israel. This can include literal Jews if they accept Jesus Christ. But there will be no returning to the land of Israel. An old strategy in war is to make your enemy think they will be attacked from one direction but they attack from somewhere else. All eyes are on Israel when they should be on the Christian church and the corruption that has made its way in.
