I never pay attention to glossaries, but I love how in Relink they expanded on Sandalphon lore. The fate episodes there go over wmtsb but from the perspective of Sandalphon and what went on in his head, which is exactly what I wanted to know. Though my favourite is that his sword is called Apprentice, given to him by Lucifer. As for gw, I don't care about some imaginary numbers, I'm just focusing on getting enough fragments to uncap Six to 130 and flb the celestial claw, but I haven't had a lot of time (I sleep and work for 90% of gw... downtime is when I DO have time fml big European L) and it looks like I won't flb the claw just yet. I hope water is the next element because I just got Haase flb and I'm powertripping

About Santa Claus, there's even more shown after the example you showed that was actually shown in Holiday Shalem's Fate Episode (big spoiler): The guy somehow... existed during the period of the Creation Myth. Because he had a Present assigned to Shalem, but named as the Dusk Speaker. Which is pretty insane, and makes me wonder that if he were to have lived in the North Pole, is that place even still in tact, or did GBF put a spin on things and he just lives in another dimension or something. 🤨

(A funny tidbit I wanna also add is that Enyo the Primal Beast of destruction, wants to trample over Santa Claus, because if she does this, "the lamentations of children can be heard across the skies". "We must make haste Gran, before he gets away!) 😅 And then the next time around, when she fails, she tries to Imitate Santa Claus, so she can "give the children despair". lol... "The children will wait in anticipation, only to be met with deceit." As she wonders how the children will react when it's not Santa Claus.

With GW going on I gotta keep this short sadly. That 1st entry on the 6 dragons is really interesting.... with the part about there being wedges for the astrals and moon. Would be pretty cool if that could be explored further, or see what those wedges are like (Unless they are known in the game and I just missed that part?) Also I really wish they'd rerun some of those old events. I reeeeaally wanna do Cerberus and Fenrir showdown at least once...! Also also the goal of GW atm isn't to rank the highest possible, but complete those dang celestial weapons released every GW!!!

no mentions thus far about the astral nor moon wedges. Definitely something they can use in the future. New moon lore is inc so maybe we learn more about that eventually good luck with celestial drops! I managed to get 3 drops this run already

Huh, I mean I am caught up with all of the Fate Episodes I can do right now so it might be worth taking a look at this part of the Journal while grinding Nightmare 150, I occasionally do look at it but I didn’t know much of the info in this video. Lucky you having Hal Mal by the way, I’ve been having to experiment with a bunch of different Dispel options, for NM150 my best bet seems to be Black Knight as her Dispel procs twice after a CA. I was definitely worried about Dark GW since it’s been my most neglected element, and being in a solo crew doesn’t help with needing to unlock higher difficulties. I think you can unlock Santa Claus’ Journal page by reading the first Winter event story that’s in the other events tab, the one with the Main Story Quest gang and Loki and Fenrir. I appreciate the Journal a lot in Granblue since it’s a good way of adding extra details to characters that aren’t mentioned in events, I like reading about little tidbits that aren’t mentioned in the event itself. I think the gacha medium is a good example of an in game datalog done right, one of my favourite games is Final Fantasy 13 and one of the complaints about that game is that it keeps a lot of the information about the games world locked behind data entries which some people might not want to read, while I can kinda see the complaints there, in a game like Granblue that has a new 2-3 hour story event every month, I think it is good game design in this case.

i've been playing honkai star rail recently and its honestly revolting how little story they actually tell you and how much is hidden behind scraps of paper you collect from trashbins. The narrative makes 0 sense. and good luck with your dispels! Vicky is good if you have her

@@DuckyTalksGranblue I’m kinda glad I found Granblue recently since there’s so much content narratively that I don’t feel the need to branch out to these current big name gachas, not every event is a 10/10 but the storytelling and world building of modern Granblue can at least be enjoyable even in the worst events, the third Barawa event comes to mind personally as it covered detective stories in a unique way by making the stories in the Detective Report series based on actual in universe cases with embellishments. Still do think that the event would’ve been better with the generic “a primal did it” storytelling of year one and two Granblue rather than the grim dark plot we got, especially as the previous Barawa events were pretty campy stories. Thanks, even with my pretty weak team, I’m carried by Vaseraga with Rei’s buff and Fediel, so it isn’t taking all too long to beat the fights, I’m probably gonna get all the Honor rewards which would be the first time I manage that, then it’s gonna be smooth sailing till the next GW, hoping that it’ll skip a month personally but we’ll see, even if it doesn’t that just means more grinding Revenant weapons for Transcendence and the Blue skin. Oh but unfortunately I don’t have Vikala, I only have the first 3 Zodiacs and Makura, getting all their base versions is a goal though, but I probably want to get them in order.
