Thank you for this awesome video, Brendan! For us, aspiring coaches, other than your awesome channel, where can we learn more about how to become a great PL/Powerbuilding Coach? Any formal education or online courses you can recommend?

Hi Brendan great video! Thanks I am actually getting interested in getting coached by you from all these videos. But the thing is I live in the other side of the world, specifically in Hong Kong. Do you have experience in coaching someone with a very distant time zone, and what was your solutions?

Hey Kenny! I have clients in all areas, right now I have a guy in South Korea. However Hong Kong has proved to be the trickiest I’d say. It’s 13 hours ahead right now. I do have meeting times available in the evening at 5-6 however that’s still 6-7am your time. So more than likely you’d have to wake up decently early to attend meetings! Normally I don’t meet past 3pm but for overseas clients I make exceptions and we find the right meeting frequency and package for them to suit this time exchange. If you’re interested shoot me an email and we can set up a later diagnostic meeting on zoom manually for you around 6pm est someday if you’re able to access at that time.

Got a herniated disc so always been sceptical but at the same time really interested in 1on1 coaching as currently my motivation is lack luster to say the least. What's the best way to go about this?

Is the pain symptomatic? If so when? Always present? Only when lifting? What positions or movements cause pain? Herniated discs are actually easy, I’ve healed mine. But depending on where it’s at you have a few routes. The herniation isn’t the issue with pain, as strange as that sounds. Also how was it diagnosed and how did pain manifest originally even if there’s no pain currently. Once you give me these details I can advise from there. Shoot me an email with the response!
