She’s sort of saying the same thing imho. When you don’t engage, it sets them off and they start losing it. Then it starts the narcs cycle of love bombing, rage etc. All this just by not engaging with them. People around you both will start seeing the narcs ways because they are constantly talking about someone who has chosen to just move on. They start look crazy to other people. So whether you go grey rock and not engage as an offense or defense, it leads to the same outcome.

It's time and it's my turn :) I see the narcissist collapsing, it's taken so long - it's been a loooooong harrrrrrd road to healing from the trauma brought about by this destructive entity. What comes around does go around folks, I know this is so impossible to believe sometimes but it's happening and what they put out comes back to them. It's the law of cause and effect and someone trapped in this mental illness just goes around and around and around on the hamster wheel of life addicted to supply. It's really sad when you think about it, they actually do live their karma every day, it's a special kind of hell. It's so hard to get to the point to see them as they truly are .. as fragile and pathetic on the inside, and empty. It's sad and when you can get to the point of realizing that they have a severe mental illness coupled with a spiritual malady and that they are stuck that way, it will be easier for you to start to move forward and forgive yourself for being duped by one of these fiends. Narcissists are put in front of us to teach us to love ourselves as well, not sure why this is so but anyone I know after encountering narcissistic abuse makes it their life journey to help others who have been attacked by these destructive forces.

There is one thing you said, Rebecca, that I have another understanding of. The narcissist is all about the money. Yes, they love jerking you around, but the money grab is all about their greed, entitlement, and most importantly, it is about their absolute selfishness. They are the only one who matters. And they have a mentality of scarcity. Nothing is ever enough. They will fight for the last crumb. They need it. There is a huge hole in their bucket

My oldest brother was the golden child, always was a narcissist and my mom encouraged it. At 60 some years old he told his wife that his life ended when we (his younger brother and sister) were born. Now as the executor of the family trust he just assumes he deserves it all. He ripped off my father and he is trying to take everything. Thankfully, I've been watching a lot of Rebecca's videos and I am ready to knock it out of the ballpark in court. He won't know what hit him, he assumes I am too stupid to get attorney.

My narc outsmarted my attorney as my attorney has self esteem issues & rose colored glasses 🤓- only since i am sending what little evidence i showed how my Ex is using a template in his laptop & frauding paychecks to say he makes over a 100,00 a year less to not give me support. Its insane when im honest, show ALL my taxes, bank accounts, even my lease agreement & my ex just writes up anything! He pulls down tax forms & fills it out- not even signed & court allows this crap! He works for the DOD MILITARY & rhe military are A. Holes! They ignored my subpoenas because FAMILY LAW IS CALIFORNIA STATE LAW. Mine does all these in every argument. She goes in circles. Without exception, without variation. Interrupting and talking down. When that's called out she turns to gaslighting. When that's called out she gets out her lists of things I've ever done wrong, and when that fails it's just rage and hate. Apparently we need to go to couple's therapy so someone else can tell me that it's really all my fault and perhaps then I'll listen to her and stop with all this "you're a narcissist" nonsense.

They want you back to abuse you again. Once an abuse the next one will follow sooner and will be more intense. The narcissist will never change, phycological he is fighting for his survival. Change equals death in their mind. This is important to understand a narc is not a person that is intentional evil, he is deeply sick and tries to fix himself by abusing others to align them to his disturbed reality.

As soon as communication starts with a narcissist, it gives them an opportunity to play their games. We dont have to say anything to them, we don’t have to want to and they cant make us want to and they cant make us say anything, no matter how hard the narcissist tries. That’s where our power is.

I bet there are more than 16% in the population also if you include the coverts at the top of the material power scheme on earth. Problem is that when they are dangerous, especially the coverts they can get away with damaging someone for years without that person even seeing what was happening, like training them to eat bad foods or take unnecessary medical treatments with disability and death as side effects.

They believe they own you and your emotions. You might run into them 5-10-20 years down the road and they will remember how they had control of you and their natural playbook will start up again. I hope you all take this very seriously and improve everyday in order to do the best you can. There are plenty of disturbed people out there in any size and shape.
