It's not always easy to tell when your shoes need replacing. You have probably owned plenty of shoes throughout the course of your life, and you've defiantly noticed that not all of them are going to fit the same. Some shoes feel amazing on your feet, whereas others are uncomfortable and even hurt when you walk. Here is what you should be looking for in your footwear:
Wear Patterns:
Take a look at the wear pattern of your soles. If you see any inconsistencies with the wear pattern of the sole this could be a sign that you may not be evenly distributing your weight throughout the shoe.
Creasing:
Creasing in the shoe can reveal abnormal motion patterns that are taking place when you walk or run.
Bulging:
Bulging occurs in the shoes mesh or upper. This typically means that you are wearing down the shoe unevenly.
Sock Linear or Insoles:
Taking a look at the sock liner or insole of the shoe can reveal pressure points where you see large areas of wear.
If you are unsure whether your shoes are a right fit for you, feel free to drop by your local Kintec store and talk to a fitting expert today.
