Hello beautiful friends,
Today I'm sharing the ways I find relief from my own anxiety struggles. I know how hard it can be to try and manage anxiety, and feel like you're trapped in the anxiety spiral.
Over the years, I've found a few helpful tools that have really impacted my mental health in a positive way, and have allowed me to live amongst anxiety with more ease and peace.
In this video, I talk about tools that you can use to fix, or help anxiety including: stream of consciousness journalling, using visual imagery to engage your feeling brain, deep breathing and mindfulness, and walking without a phone.
