@10:44 what if they respond with a text. Will it shows up as a voicemail or will it not be delivered? Some clients respond with a text so id like to get those messages as well.

Great question. Currently BatchDialer only can handle phone calls so the text won't be delivered. Please feel free to submit this as a feature request or vote on others if you'd like here: batchdialer.featureupvote.com/

@selfworth25 Please forgive my late response to your comment! You may have already got this answered but the system will pick you up where you left off automatically when you jump back into the campaign!

So we can buy numbers direct thru batch. Dont need to intigrate twilio etc anymore ? I havent used batch in a while so this is new to me.

Hey Graig! For BatchDialer , yes you can get numbers straight through the system to make phone calls! You might be thinking about BatchLeads where we have SMS and you still need to get your numbers through a provider like Twilio since SMS and calling regulations are so different. Hope this helps☺

@timinaction For making your outbound calls? You technically can but I wouldn't recommend it because it's possible for even that to get flagged as spam! you can also set it up for call forwarding in you'd like you cell phone to rung when people call you back.

When I upload my list it tells me how much was uploaded. But on the campaign, everything says 0. And it says out of calls.

I think we will be adding a way to have campaign templates soon which will be nice, so you will eventually be able to create them a lot quicker! P.S. All of the recommended settings are already set by default so all you really need to worry about is choosing the mode, adding the agents, numbers and a contact list! 🌟
