"Hit anything below his eyebrow line with anything above my eyebrow line" is a brilliantly simple and succinct explanation of how to deliver a head butt.

Oh, man! I recently checked out this channel and seeing Amber teach the lesson is great on multiple levels! She absolutely warms up to the task through the video but by the last quarter or so, she is as good as it gets. And-- fit in a way that (hopefully) motivates the viewer and beautiful in a way that martial arts should promote better than it has for women and men

Good video. As a Canadian I would say one of the keys to proper hockey punching is grabbing a fist full of tee-shirt (jersey) and drag him a bit as you punch (pull it over his head is best), framing out like that is for the ring, self-defense is grab and pull so they have difficulty getting set to counter strike. Just my 2 cents.

damn, she slapped the soul out of that damn mitt, when she grabbed that arm for a drag I thought for sure she was shooting that arm in for an arm triangle. I was like yes!

Why wouldn’t you knee instead of hockey punch?

WOW, wow wow, As a Canadian I take offence to the Hockey punch. In order to throw a proper hockey punch, you have to pull the jersey or atleast make an attempt to pull the jersey up over the head of your opponent. Aside from that an awesome little vid
