Started Menopause at 38. I am now 68 and still suffering. Tried HRT, and it worked up for a while, but I had to stop due to medical problems. Hot flushes make my anxiety tripple in strength, so i panic. Know how you feel. ❤❤😊

I feel for you! I can tell you it isn't the worst thing I have ever been through but it's not the most fun I've ever had either 😄 I use BulkSupplements.com and Natures Valley. I pray it doesn't get crazy for you!
