I dont agree that after hours places are efficient. many of the girls going there work them every night, so their night is just starting at midnite. They are commonly in no hurry to leave, and you often have to spend a few hours with them while they party until they will go at 3 or 4 am. I dont mind paying the BF and a bit higher price to the girl, which I refer to as the 'get to sleep at a reasonable time" fee.
