That's a real powerhouse of a light in such a small package! And the self contained charging unit is not only a novel idea, but would be a very practical thing while away from a power source. I still have the s1r baton 2 and still going strong when I use it for camping and hiking at night plus it's never failed me. This flashlight looks interesting with case as a power bank. Those little indicators just make the flashlight stand out. I don't do turbo on baton 2 because it drains battery quicker. Type C charging is a plus now thats it's faster charging. 4 or 5 years ago olight were learning and now improve their flashlights as I've recently got the seeker 4 pro and it's just top notch quality. One feature you didn’t mention is the charge level indicator on the case also works as a button to use the Batom while in the case. Featuring low to high and high to low stepped seamless dimming. The case will also turn the led off when you close the case lid. 👍🏼👍🏼

The coating on the flashlight is very fragile. Scrapes off easily, so take care.

I was thinking of having a spare proprietary battery, but the only way to charge the battery would be to put it in the light and then in the charger thus defeating the purpose. 🤷‍♂️

Yes, the battery dock is a spare battery in itself

Is the Warrior Nano or Baton 4 brighter and further reaching. Have the Nano now... doesn't feel as bright durin walkarounds vs my Baton S1r II I lost a year ago.. Edit: did it a screenshot on your clips on Turbo, this Baton 4 seems alot brighter and further in terms of reach. Also warmer

Unfortunately I don't have the equipment to test that. There is a kick down so that the LED doesn't burn out. Weirdly Olight don't usually state their LEDs. I'm sure you can find it though with a little search

Hi. I came with a question. I ordered this light and im curious. Lets say you put it in the case, adjust the luminosity ar around 200 lumens in the case , then you remove it from the case. You turn it off. When you turn it on , the light will came at that custom luminosity you can get only in the case?

I had to check this myself 😆 I can choose a lumen level and it'll keep that lumen level with it's in the case. Does yours always default to a certain level when it's in the case? Mine stays at whatever level you set it to before putting in in the case. I can change the lumen levels within the case though and it keep that level when removed. Apologies if I've confused myself here... with the time of year I'm full of mulled wine

Ive got the Baton 3 and 3Premium, both red in march. Also got 4 spare batteries. Then gave away the simple one and 1 batterie to my brother. Imo a Baton3 or 4 and a spare batterie is better then the bulky Premium. There is another huge problem with those cases: the flashlight might get wet or with snow so u must dry it prior to put it back. Also its alot easy to put it in a pocket then in a case then fumbling to remove it. I love this green one, i still wanted to buy it but i came in my senses and bought a White Seeker4Pro from USA (huge shipping price, VAT payed here in EU and alot of paperwork with the Custom Services! Ill never buy from non EU! (Over 150 euros)

@@MoorlanderEDC tbf, it was more of a complain. A true advice with this flashlight would be: if you are outside and you need light in specific area, stick a knife in a tree or a branch and put the flashlight on the blade at the angle you need. Ive got this from youtube, not on my own.

I don't get why someone would carry a small light with a case, when they could just carry a bigger light with more lumens and candela, which would still be a smaller package overall.

That's a fair comment. I didn't mention in the content that I didn't carry the two together during the day... Just the light. I agree the charge dock/case is pretty big. Moving forward I'll continue to use the Baton 4 out of its charger and use a magnetic cable for charging. I'll keep the charge dock/box in my daily commute bag as back up battery for the light or my mobile phone

Well for one, if you're traveling, especially by plane, something more EDC friendly like this would make more sense.

I would just keep the charging/case in my car, so where ever I go it goes with me, to charge light or my phone if needed.

it can charge your other devices as well as 5 total lights. the case itself it a massive upgrade. not that hard to see

Any battery can do that. But like I said a flash light with a bigger battery is still small than this tiny light and case@@nomercyinc6783
