I swear the drinking part. I had a girlfriend that didn’t know how to handle her alcohol and would become a different person. And I did my best to avoid going out with her coz I just don’t like the attention and shame lol. I always told her - „the same way you walked in gracefully is how you should leave…no matter what“ 😂 And I love the look. Such a beaut!😍

I'm new to your channel , I'm in my 40s , but , I can still learn new things about new topics. I love ❤ learning new ideas of how I can be my best self .In my city , the women are rude , nasty , foul-mouthed, and just have the worst attitude toward other "sisters " , I've grown up among beautiful, amazing , soft , feminine women who knew their worth as women and used it positively to their advantage, because they knew how to carry themselves and act like women without cursing or being mean and rude , and some of them weren't college-educated and had babies early , but , they still carried themselves with self-respect and dignity .And I learned a lot from them , but , in the last 11 years or so , I let myself go and started not caring about how I looked and I felt ugly and had low self-esteem. But, I started watching videos like yours and learning how to start loving myself again .Now , I shower every morning and get dressed , even if I have a day off from work , buying clothes from online designer websites ( the clothes were worn , but , they're still designer ) , putting on a little bit of tinted moisturizer ( I have sensitive skin and I can't wear foundation makeup ) , a tad bit of mascara , lip gloss or lip stick and a spritz of perfume or body spray and I feel so much better about myself , I've also put myself on a diet , started working out everyday and eating healthier and drinking lots of water. My skin glows , I sleep better , I lost 36.6 pounds and I look and feel better in my 40s than I did in my 20s.
