Saying Sorry a lot may have an effective on ones self image as unsure or under confident especially when Sorry is said without any reason. We people tend to apologise a lot for small things and using a different vocabulary does make a difference on the meaning and one's self image.

Finding alternatives required good vocabulary and most of the time we left with one word which is "sorry". Now onwards will try to phrase or rephrase words without sorry. Thank you.

Someone once said the same thing to me(in a casual conversation), that time I didn't know how to replace my words, so I used to ignore saying sorry to people, now i learned how I can replace sorry with powerful words

It is really helpfull..I would also like to urge you to create contents for the people who are not able to frame sentences and get stuck most of time when they try to speak in English because English might not be there preferred language.
