Wow I love every video you make, that's so much content that I need to repeat it lot of times in order to assimilate and internalize everything. I am seeking a way for improving my English skills on communicating. Unless I am able for understanding almost everything I hear, I find it so difficult for memorizing new information and reproducing them... Sincerely I feel I kind of stuck in a level that I can't go further ( or maybe I am just a little exagerated because it lasts only 3 months since I returned for my studies on English Language, :D)

We are in the middle of end-year performance review and 360 feedback process now, and this lesson is a huge help to smooth those process. Many times, I felt that I could not realize what people said actually were rude until later around, my instincts told me that person wasn't friendly. Or, sometimes I could feel the person wasn't friendly speaking but I didn't know how to respond assertively without obviously offending someone who was rude to me. That has been a huge problem.
