When using Dripify, do you set a daily limit? Or do you send 75 per day??
@AndrewOCallaghan9832 ай бұрын
I usually set it to around 35 per day. LinkedIn will usually only allow you to send 100- 180 connections per week and then it will only allow the rest of the connections to be sent through email on dripify

How do you generate hundreds if not thousands of leads of clients? For example for Quantity Surveyers in the Birmingham U.K. Would be highly appreciated!
@AndrewOCallaghan98318 күн бұрын
Step 1. Go to LinkedIn Step2. In search bar type in ("job title" OR "other job title variation" AND "birmingham"). Boolean search is the most accurate - You should get a list of Thousands of the job title you are after within that location. Does that make sense? Step 3. Connect and message - Use apollo to get their email and or phone number

@@AndrewOCallaghan983 What about the untapped companies that aren't on LinkedIn, we may be missing out on them, what do you reckon?
@AndrewOCallaghan98317 күн бұрын
@@raheemyt7053 Well you could be but most established companies that have sought after candidates are on there these days. That being said there are great candidates from great companies that aren't on linkedIn especially in construction but there are other ways to find them - referrals being a great one

Hi Andrew - I’ve got candidates on hand however struggling to get clients. Is it just a matter of increasing my cold emails ?
@AndrewOCallaghan9832 ай бұрын
without doing a desk audit on your business its hard to say but questions I would ask is 1. What niche are you in and is it candidate or client market currently for your niche? 2. If its candidate (high demand for the type of candidate you are marketing) then how many emails are you sending out each day consistently? - are you tracking responses etc... what sort of feedback are you getting 3. Messaging - Are you sending a clear concise message that highlights the candidate in an enticing way to make them want to interview. 4. Are you targeting the right people that would want to hire that candidate? There are so many variables to consider before just increasing the volume

@@AndrewOCallaghan983 Thanks a lot Andrew - My niche is within Construction I.e Site managers & Estimators in SE England - currently doing about 50 emails a day to HR Managers. What your initial outlook from what needs to change?
@AndrewOCallaghan9832 ай бұрын
@@HichamB-i2b Happy to help! So straight away here's my advice. Decent niche, and its a candidate market which is good. You shouldn't be targeting the HR Manager. HR along with TA are essentially your competitor and wouldn't neccesarily have your best interests at heart. Here's what to do: Continue with your 50 per day but target the hiring manager directly with specific reasons in your email what that candidate can do for that employer. Let me know how you get on.
