The first sign for me was a shift in energy and becoming emotionally detached, didn’t txt or call as much, when they did it felt forced. Then the shady behaviour, lies and deceit and finding out they were cheating, I walked away before any discard. They know exactly what they are doing

That is right. It doesn’t really matter if he is done or not. Even though after leaving 4 years ago, it’s still hard but I made up my mind that I am done. I simply refuse to live in his destructive cycle of trauma bonding and gaslighting me. Just done.

My narc husband of 21 years left my house and moved in with another woman on the same day, and he owes me $140,000 from "loans" to his company. He has made no effort to repay it. I made the mistake of trusting him. BIG MISTAKE. He lies, deflects and denies and takes no accountability or responsibility for anything at all. To the outside world he is charming, nice, and kind and others would not believe that he would act like this. He had been married before and according to a friend , he treated his first wife the same way. I was not aware of any of this when I met him. He recently went overseas with his new supply, spending money that should have been repaid to me. It is only after being away from him that I realise how much my health suffered during my time with him.

Well I hope by me cutting communication and not letting anything she (narc mother) says or does affect me emotionally in anyway is sending a clear msg that I’m done and not going to play the game anymore. It’s so hard for me not to react since I’ve been reacting for decades not knowing the pure joy she was getting out of it all. It’s fn total disregard for my life. My one was gorgeous looking like you and...she dissappeared ( we where married for years) and she ended with ex Ceo multimillionaire here In UK ...50 years older from her age... (having Willas in south France etc..) , living in posh part of London where you got 4 million mansions only. Just by deduction I presume she was so called " vounerable covert narcistist " ( I don't know. I'm not psychologist). Passive agression negativity and hypersensitivity was only symptom , but at the time I had no clue about it. I was discarded 5 mos. ago! He continues to call and txt. I’ve just started to ignore him. As he is so draining. Every time we talk, he has some new crazy scheme. Now it’s he’s having 3 mos. marriages. Flying in women from Idaho and constantly flashing new women to me! I just congratulate him and he gets so mad!! My replacement is with my uncle and dirtying my name with my siblings. She even gone to great lengths to help them out to get them on side. Lots of toxic behaviour from my ex and family members. She currently serving a 12 month suspended sentence for attacking my new partner. Crazy.

As ridiculous as this sounds, I thought he was done with me because he never got jealous whenever I would bring up another guy. But then, 😅 I brought a guy friend to an event, he was jealous. Like massively. I was dancing and hanging out with another guy and guys at another event. He was very angry. It honestly surprised me because he has new supply and has been ignoring me for awhile. I finally showed up in person on his main personal Fb, he ignored, I deleted my text, left emojis, then he gave likes on another post to others, like leap frogging over me, like huh? Trying to upset or bait me? I deleted emojis down to one, like mirroring me, he shut down post 100%, his FB silent. This some sort of message to me that feels like total withdrawal of energy. I can leave a piece of my mind if I want, on his public SM, he would have to delete for public. I don't expect he'll be back, like what would one say after a gap, even though he showed himself unhinged before going silent this way. He is doomed to coddling exes I can tell from their SM they give him supply. He can't forge any new connections, obvious, he won't work on himself. He has too much money in the bank. why?
