Once you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule and assuming you did it correctly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jqDRfqeCe9RjZpI but make sure you tick off the checklist here first: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHLLfqWjrJiGo9U This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. Yes, your best bet is still to cut off contact completely for around a month or even more in order to clear your heads. You'd increase your chances of getting your ex back if you've got your sh*t together than if you were doing the opposite of the no contact rule which is begging/pleading or negotiating/trying to woo your ex again. Well, there are a few rare who take their exes back if you beg/plead but it hardly ever lasts since these people are taking their exes back out of pity. So my point is, don't let your ex take you back out of pity, all right? The best way to avoid that is to work on yourself and get your life together by having fun, hobbies, etc. and to stop chasing your ex. I've made numerous videos about the "no contact" rule and why it's important. Check those out. Also watch the stories here and try not to be a statistic: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z4bCeoKjbdSZfNE

Brad, I made a bunch of mistakes in the first two weeks after my breakup. I apologized a lot, asked why, and I allowed her to continue the flow of conversation until we got to the point in which we don’t talk. I’m in the no contact phase, but I’m wondering is this a lost cause now?

You're on the right track, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Be sure to check out my other videos for more tips on how to go about this, especially this: y2u.be/gUBNd6pDINM Since you've only recently reconnected, then don't expect your ex to warm up easily. Getting an ex back is a process. It's time to re-assess those and see what's working versus what's not working. Sometimes, getting an ex back is like trying to fit a square into a circle, but oftentimes, chances are you're letting emotion dictate you and therefore end up making the wrong choices. Watch this first: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oJrOiGePjqhsr9E So it's it's best you go by the golden rules here as much as possible: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5ytYqyYqqt8fqc Now I can't assess the damage per se, assuming you've only begged for a short while as opposed to months on end, and it may or may not be too late, but it’s definitely time to move forward from whatever mistakes you've made and not repeat those! Don’t be so hard on yourself, though, since this is a fairly common issue and most people are guilty of this at some point. If you'd really want to gauge your chances of getting back together (it may not be all doom and gloom after all) I suggest you take the free quiz on my website and answer as honestly as possible, at www.breakupbrad.com/quiz Good luck!

@BradBrowning3 жыл бұрын
The 30-day "no contact" rule can work for you in the following ways: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKiTdJurjah4o9k Your ex is diverting his/her attention to someone else, which is the easiest thing to do and is really just his/her way of coping. If anything, your ex is suffering, too, even though it may not seem like it. Discussed that here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bXyoZ6GYaZKhmqM So that's what you ought to be doing too. Here, watch this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nYalf5dspal8hK8 so try to put your focus elsewhere because your ex is likely rebounding and you're only wasting precious minutes of your life worrying about something that's out of your control. Watch this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/inPXk2ZqnN5psNk Now lastly, keep in mind that your ex is suffering too, even though they try to cover it up. Discussed that here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA

I feel your pain. It's always awfully painful when the breakup is still fresh. Take time to heal though and love yourself first, all right? Just try to make sure you maximize what you can within this 30-day period such as healing yourself, enjoying your own company, as well as spending time to see where it all went wrong, but only when you start to feel better, so be sure to take time to grieve first and feel the loss and cry all you want but then make an effort to pick yourself up first. Remember, you can't pick someone up (to be back in a relationship with you) if you're also feeling down yourself. Now is the time for self love. So give yourself the time and attention you need to heal first, all right? Make sure you watch my other vids too for more tips on what to do next. Good luck!

I broke up with my girlfriend because she was desperate for me to collect money for marriage, I was on a tuff spot to do that since my salary is small, we've been together for 3 years . And she was controling me for the past 3 years I just follow her words attitude, because I love her. But the time came where I can never put up with that. And frustrated when she ask about the money, she was a college student. And now after the brake up months after I'm still sad and feel regret.. I don't know what to do, she was toxic to me she didn't respect me anymore. But I still love her. So many memories it's hard to move on.
@BradBrowning3 жыл бұрын
Sorry to hear that. In situations like this, I always suggest for folks to really take a step back, gain the clarity you need (that she was abusive to you and may only want your money) and then accept it for what it is. Being stuck happens when you have this idealized version of how your ex really is and how she has treated you versus who she really is and what the relationship was about. Yes, it takes time to do all that, I've had clients who has suffered for 5, 10, even 14 years in an abusive relationship, but with time, you'll get there. Right now your mind is having trouble accepting because of the great memories you two shared and it's trying to make sense with how she was with you towards the end of the relationship, when her mask came off and she showed you who she really is. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Have you checked it out yet? It's too complicated to explain everything on here, but here's an overview of these phases and what to expect in each one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas Good luck!

Hi Brad, what if your ex reaches out to you in a positive way (last msg he wants to meet up) after day 6 into no contact, break-up was two weeks ago. Is it rude to just ignore them? Some say it's still too soon, this no contact is quite confusing.. I'm afraid after 30 days he will start dating someone else.
@BradBrowning3 жыл бұрын
Assess the risks first if it's all worth it. Remember, meeting up when you're both not ready will only alienate your ex further, and that's best case scenario. Worst case scenario will land you a spot in the dreaded friendzone. Yes, make him realize what he has lost. Your ex is most likely lying about the reason of the breakup so try not to fall for that. Discussed that here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKariHaNmqxkrtU However, the bottom line is your ex has significantly lost attraction. Watch what I’ve explained here and watch the entire length of the video to gain full understanding, as well as know what to do: y2u.be/E9wG_ErBQoI It’s important to rebuild the attraction naturally so your ex will be amenable to working things out, eventually. How on earth would no contact help to get someone back? I did that unconciously with my ex, way before I've even heard about any "winning your ex back techniques". I was just mad at her and didn't want to contact her, but after about a month I started to miss her, so I wrote to her and we started talking. Turned out she already had a new guy. I now think she ended up with him exactly because I didn't contact her and she felt very sad and lonely, so she was susceptible to romance and feelings from other guys. She was hot so there were always some guys hitting on her, that made it easy for her to get comfort after break up. And no, she didn't left because she already had a new guy, we broke up after a big argument, and we were both mad at each other.
@BradBrowning3 жыл бұрын
How long were you in a relationship with her? It doesn't look like there were deep emotions there if she can do that easily... or she may be rebounding, depending on what your real issues were in the relationship aside from the constant fights especially if you constantly ghost her for long periods of time after the fights. And no, she may not have dumped you for someone else, but 9 times out of 10, she already has stacked up a bunch of suitors for her to go to as soon as you two break up. It's her escape plan.
@niktniewiem47853 жыл бұрын
@@BradBrowning 7 years man. We've been through so much shit, obstacles, fights yet we stayed together, that was a love like in movies but that's a story for another time, so don't say there were no emothions, while I stated why she found someone so quickly, and the reasons are exactly because she had so much emotions in her that she had to release them in a way she in that time thought would help her. Idk why you speak about "constant ghosting", I've never said that, even after big fights we couldn't stand not to contact each other for more than an hour. We didn't even have almost any fights in about a year before breakup. It's not that I'm making it up, we've been talking with eachother after the breakup, and I know her so well that I can tell what she said about what she did exactly fits her personality. She was mad, lonely, lost, sad, and she hates to be single, like she fears it, that is weird but we talked about it in the past, so I think it is one of the main reasons she found someone so quickly, and those are the reasons we are not together anymore. Idk if she is different than others in those areas but I don't think so. It is psychology, and when you are a pissed off hot girl with a lot of options you will not wait untill HE graciously talks to you and allow you to be together again. Mad sad and lonely state makes girls want to fall in someones arms, so if you wait untill she falls into someone elses... well I don't think that's a good strategy.

The 30-day "no contact" rule can work for you in the following ways: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKiTdJurjah4o9k Your ex is diverting his attention to someone else, which is the easiest thing to do and is really just his way of coping. Watch this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHyWqaicetx4fMk The main goal is to bring your ex into an emotional neutral state by employing the 30-day “no contact” rule -- let your ex miss you and don't rush it. Hey Brad, what to do if you've been blocked on every social. How can we show that we are living our best life?
@BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
You're doing it for you and not for anyone else. As to being blocked, I don't see this as a cause for concern really, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. More about that on here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4a3amV_d5qondU Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. Focus on all three phases and your ex may naturally unblock you, in time, as you learn to rebuild that attraction and re-attract this ex back to your life.. Here are the basics of all three phases to getting an ex back: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas and social-media wise, here (but then again, don't let it become your sole focus) : kzbin.info/www/bejne/emKqoYVrgqajh80 Good luck!

Peace Brad. I did all of these things. I was love struck when I 1st met her. She was beautiful and sweet. She has a past (4 kids) and a lot of drama. But I ignored all of those things, because of her character. I completely cut off all of my hobbies because things were so good with our vibe. The 1st 4 or 5 months were honeymoon stage-like, the last 2 months she became cold. I found out 2 in a half weeks ago that she was seein a coworker at her job. I saw the messages and confronted both of them, she told me to stop textin her. I said I was sorry and that understood. I told her I wanted another chance with no reply. She called I didn't answer but called back she didn't answer. She texted me sayin she didn't try to call me. That was October 11th, been in no contact since. I'm tryna hold it together but it's hard. Her parents and her kids love me. I want her to love me again.

Sorry, man, but chances are your girl has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Discussed that in depth here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA There's no easy way to say this but the answer is is to move on, especially if your ex doesn't seem to be regretting their actions and asking to get back together. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. But take into consideration about what I’ve mentioned here, too: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o2OahX-brrqgrck There is no right or wrong answer here because it is your relationship and it's personal to you. Make sense? Anyway men and women cheat for different reasons, but if you think your ex is worth it and if there's been a genuine connection between you two before the cheating happened, then try to see the roles that you BOTH played that led to all this mess and see once and for all if it can be resolved or not, okay? Whatever the case, it's important you forgive yourself because no one's perfect, and forgive your ex too. Really take your time before deciding though and be sure not to make any hasty decisions from an emotional place but never force things with her if you can see she no longer wants to try. Take care!

Maybe stop trying to look at your ex's profile/messages/snaps, posts,etc.? Honestly bro it’s hard for me to answer that without knowing more. Generally speaking a movie night as the first meeting since no contact would probably be too much too soon, but if you know she’ll agree to it for sure it’s probably a gamble worth taking. Have you lied to her in the past? That could be the root cause there why she's having some trust issues. Try to be sympathetic of what she's going through. So try to reassure her. If you haven't lied though and she's just throwing blind accusations, then that's not good. If this is the case, the breakup may be a blessing in disguise.

@@BradBrowning hi, no I haven't lied to her to be honest. She's just insecure it seems for example, when we're driving somewhere, she will accuse me of driving in specific routes as she thinks I'm doing this on purpose so I don't get seen by women who I'm supposedly dealing with etc. I've appologised for the hurtful things I've said but that's as far as it goes. To be honest brad, I feel weak appologising. Please tell me I'm not weak? Lol

@BradBrowning3 жыл бұрын
If you do have to make some changes, then do it for yourself and never for anyone else, okay? See, making changes for the sake of someone is considered seeking validation, and that's an unattractive trait in and of itself… so it naturally won't do anything to rebuild the attraction necessary to get your ex back in the long run. On the other hand, if these are changes that you know within yourself that you need to make, then it's important to take time so be sure you aren’t rushing it because permanent, lasting changes don't happen overnight and your ex can actually see through it. Does that make sense? With that in mind, watch this vid to subtly show these changes to your ex: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mIuUfJiqdrGNqMU

@Brad Browning does any of the tips work for long distance
@BradBrowning2 жыл бұрын
This depends. A long distance is not easy to maintain, especially if you two had a weak foundation where you don't get to spend time with each other much in person. Not to state the obvious, but the distance is often the main culprit. Watch/review and apply the pointers here first: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fYK8ZYFmadqpqqM and/or kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5_JiIWAh9ehd9U However, if you believe your situation is unique and there may still be a chance between you two, then let's take a look at your situation in-depth via my one-on-one coaching session at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

Assuming you've done the first phase properly, which is the 30-day "no contact" rule, then you should be in a position to be ready to test the waters with your ex. Here's how you can tell you're doing it correctly: y2u.be/f7zuXk-sVsI You may want to tick off the checklist here as well: y2u.be/BAhMrmw3Sms Now once you're positive you've done all that's mentioned, you can proceed to contact your ex. Start with the tips here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gX6wp2yin8mloc0 AND kzbin.info/www/bejne/q3_CiXSdfc-UfK8 but make sure to check out my other vids for more texting tips you can send your ex or get my guide for the complete step-by-step details on how to go about it. Hey Brad so i think i’ve figured out how my relationship ended with my girl. First of all we were together for about 7 months. One night we where face timing and i got a little upset with her about something (nothing major) i ended up yelling at her, but i didn’t raise my voice. In general she is very emotional and sensitive, she hung up and started crying her eyes out. A couple minutes later i felt really bad and she ended up calling me back and i apologized and she said she forgave me... so i thought everything was okay. About a week later something wasn’t right... she wasn’t texting me she was only replying to my texts and didn’t want to facetime as much as we used to. This went on for about 3 to 4 weeks. I just thought it was because we haven’t seen each other in a couple months due to the pandemic. I ended up confronting her about it and asked what’s going on. She told me she was feeling distant ever since i got upset with her that one night. About a week later she told me that it would be best if we broke up, she was very emotional about it and said that she still loved me and she hopes things work out in the future. it’s been about a mouth in a half since the break up. I’ve texted her a lot at the beginning. Then i came across your youtube vids and i started following your advice. I haven’t contacted her for a couple weeks now, i’ve been posting on my social media of me having fun and enjoying my life, i’ve told her the break up was good for the both of us, and i haven’t showed her my emotions. Now... i still love her and i want her back more than anything because i honestly feel like she’s the one and we broke up for a silly reason or something. It feels like i’m the reason we broke up and i hate myself so much for it. What do you think my chances of winning her back are? Thanks
@BradBrowning3 жыл бұрын
I suggest you heed my advice from this vid, first and foremost: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oJrOiGePjqhsr9E but also make sure you aren't being defensive or deflecting the blame because that's as annoying as ever. It may help to apply the tips here first: kzbin.info/www/bejne/p5-oYmxom7p-rqs Be patient and let things play out first. Let time do its job since it's your biggest ally at this point. Good luck!

I don’t know why he broke up with me, but one of my guy friends sent me a video that was inappropriate on KZbin saying “this is awful” so he wasn’t sending it to me cause he liked me, he sent it to tell me why would someone post stuff like that, and I sent a screen recording to my bf to show him the gross video someone posted, and he acted dry about it and I realized I didn’t have even context in the screen recording. He might’ve thought my guy friend liked me, and taken it the wrong way. He said “it’s cuz he wants you” and then stopped texting. About a hour later he broke up with me. I’m not sure if that’s why he broke up with me, but now he just wants to be friends and I think he’s moving on to another girl. I rlly want him to be happy, and I’m sorry if I sound desperate, but all I do is wanna fight for us. I am truly in love with him. And I don’t wanna lose him. I can’t be his friend because if he moves on, I can’t be happy for him because I like him, how do I fix this and get him back. Is it too late or not?

I really hate to burst your bubble here but let her finish whatever unfinished business she has with this ex. Hi there! Getting an ex back is a gradual process, so there's no one-action solution for this. Okay? This vid contains an infograph that might be of help to you: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bXvXnomYedCVotk but watch this too as this contains equally important information: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eH23cmevn7mWaKs The "no contact" phase is a good start, so do that first if you haven’t yet, for 30 days. If you have, then I'm glad you've completed it. There are two more phases to go with a few other steps in between (in the right order). What I'm trying to say here is it's a 3-phase process, and it's a bit complicated to explain it all on here, but I made an overview in the hopes of making people understand, so watch it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas or read my guide for the entire process. Good luck!

Hey brad, i have a pretty unique problem. My ex broke up with me about a week ago and ive been using no contact since then. However school is starting up again soon and we are in the same social bubble (for covid) during break and lunch. My normal friend group who are also her friends are in this group too. Should i try and stick to the old friend group and just limit direct conversation with her, or should i speak to others in the social bubble. If i did do the second option it would be a fairly big change and might seem passive aggressive. What should i do?
@BradBrowning3 жыл бұрын
I get this question a lot so I wouldn't be surprised if you've found your answer before I even get to it -- if you've checked my other videos, that is. In this type of situation, try to limit your contact with your ex. And by that I mean only interact with him/her "only" when absolutely necessary. Watch one of the latest videos I've posted here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnW9o6GEnZ1_hck Your case is actually one of the few cases where the “no contact” rule is an exception...but DON'T initiate random contact in any way and don’t make any unnecessary chitchats, all right? I've discussed it in these videos, as well as how to handle it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sHzLf3ueetKMg8k but read my Ex Factor Guide because you still ought to go through the basics as well. I've posted an overview on how to get your ex back on an earlier vid,check it out as it's all there, but with the guide, you'll have an in-depth view on how to go about it, what to do after each phase (there are three phases in total), including what to say, do or not do, etc. since good timing is essential at www.breakupbrad.com Okay? Take care!

Unless you've done something really epic to mess up things, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially.

Hey man, getting an ex back is a process. When it comes to trying to re-attract an ex, it's best to treat the situation like new. Make her fall in love with you again the same way you did in the beginning with hopefully all the lessons learned and you and your ex are better versions of yourself. This is what my Ex Factor Guide is about but to get an overview, watch this vid: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas

Would it work if your ex broke up with you because they were not willing to convert to your religion to marry you? I accept him how he is but it's just a formality thing he would need to do. Trust me when I say you'd wanna be with someone who's sure about you instead of one that's on the fence about stuff, which as you can clearly see is where your ex's head is at right now. It's still important to put the full 30-day straight "no contact" rule into priority because if you've been in touch after the breakup too soon, then you BOTH aren't taking the time needed to process the breakup and been acting like it hadn't happened. Here's how not contacting your ex can help you a lot: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKiTdJurjah4o9k Burying the problems which had caused the breakup in the first place is a surefire way towards a doomed relationship, if you get your ex back. Make sense now? You ought to teach your ex these very important lessons: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aoLIXmd3YqijjLs On the other hand, you can work on the issues together but you have to make sure you're on the same page and you aren't being manipulated and/or strung along. Are you seeing any progress? Redo the "no contact" rule and make sure you stick to it this time. Here's how you can tell you're doing the "no contact" rule properly: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nGjdpouhYtiJqas It may help to make use of the clean slate template, which is a free version from a piece of my Ex Factor Guide. Watch this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHyWqaicetx4fMk The main goal is to bring your ex into an emotional neutral state by employing the 30-day “no contact” rule -- let your ex miss you and don't rush it. Sorry to hear that. Give it time and see if anything changes where you're both actively building your marriage back up and in which case, this may help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fH_EaaGPo9Wiqa8 otherwise, I'm sorry, but there's very little you can do here, especially if your spouse doesn't seem to be regretting their actions and asking to actively repair your marriage. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the marriage, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. But take into consideration about what I’ve mentioned here, too and check out the vids from this channel, which I've solely dedicated for married folks: y2u.be/dr2JTi_bCRU Just remember that there is no right or wrong answer here because it is your marriage and it's personal to you. Make sense? Anyway men and women cheat for different reasons, but if you think your spouse is worth it, then try to see the roles that you BOTH played that led to all this mess and see once and for all if it can be resolved or not, okay?
