Also if you need any video ideas I know you made 4 corner footwork but in training we are always told to shadow. If you could can you tell us how to shadow effectively and purposely so it help us in our game Thanks for the amazing content😊

This was a quick and good video. If I may suggest an idea for another video, can you cover up all the rules of badminton? Most people don't actually know some of the intricate rules, especially with the service. A video like this would really help most of the viewers.

Guys, thanks for the great channel, it's funny and informative. Unfortunately at the moment I'm not playing, as I have tennis elbow. The person treating it has told me that it comes from holding my racket too tight. Have you got any advice on how not to hold too tight (as this must be subconscious) how to avoid tennis elbow in general, and anything I can do to overcome this. Cheers.

100% this is an awesome video! as a doubles player I tend to think backhands are over rated but honestly there are some situations you simply cannot hit an overhead. It is amazing to see how much you guys have grown on KZbin! I am hopeful I do the same thing for my channel!

This was an seriously amazing video specially the most surprizing fact was that i have been using a back hand grip since so long to execute it which is totally wrong. Also i have a request make a video on singles defence.
