Than you! Yes, even the smallest amount of exercise causes me more fatigue, more inflammation and more pain. If I lay around too much, I hurt, if I move too much I hurt. It's hard to know what to do.

Please consider taking a magnesium supplement in capsule form or a powder in water or juice daily. It helps with muscle stiffness and soreness. Magnesium citrate, aspartate or glycinate can greatly help you and most people. Magnesium helps with 300 + bodily functions. Start slow at a low milligram, then increase slightly every two weeks, if needed. It's recommended to take 200-400 mg daily, especially in late morning. Try it. Magnesium really is a miracle nutrient that we ALL need. I say this because it has helped my mother and me and my father in many ways. And it is so cost effective. I hope good health to you and your family. 🙏⭐🙂

I was diagnosed with M.E and ADHD (M.e 6 years ago, ADHD 4 years ago) I had Cauda equina X2 in the summer of 2022 and things have just gotten so much worse. I woke one day in march last year with muscle fasciculations and severe cramp in my right leg (nerve damage from Cauda equina left too long) the muscle fasciculations are now all over my body 24/7. Plus cramps in places I didn't know you could get cramps. I've had an incredibly stressful life, reasons I won't get into but yes, constant state of overwhelm anxiety and stress. My symptoms have been getting worse. POTS type symptoms, problems with feeling like I was having a hypo after food, racing heart rate, blood pressure dropping, flank and kidney pain, severe migraines and insomnia. Finally got my GP to do bloods, turns out my cortisol is very low! I was surprised, I thought it would of been very high. I need to fix myself, how do I do that with ongoing stresses and ADHD with M.E? 😢

Thank you for this post. Very helpful. I'm wondering if you've used the high sensitivity CRP test to measure changes in inflammation? I think it's relatively new. Here's what it says on the Mayo Clinic website: "A high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) test is more sensitive than a standard C-reactive protein test. That means the high-sensitivity test can find smaller increases in C-reactive protein than a standard test can"

Thank you, Dr Neville!…I have just subscribed. I so appreciate this information!….Nowadays doctors just want to push pills on people for everything or just give outdated advice that doesn’t work. On top of that, it’s hard to get them to take you seriously, especially if it challenges their big pharma training.

Taking DHEA in sublingual tablets in the early morning can GREATly help with adrenal function and support. Most people only need 5 to 10 mg of DHEA. Capsule form is useless and not utilized effectively by the body. Sublingual is able to be absorbed and uptaked by the body and adrenal gland. Yay....... 🙏👍🙂
