I’m finally ordering a 4” brayer-I’ve clearly been missing out! Even tho I fussy cut or hand craft, the brayer is just amazingly fast and fun-and can be used for so much more than cardmaking! Thank you for the great tutorial🤩

Great technique Jennifer. Thank you. In a future video, can you give some advice on colored envelopes? I love how yours always matches the card, but I can’t afford tons of colored envelopes. Maybe a light and dark per color family? Still sounds expensive. Any suggestions would be great. See you tomorrow!

Jennifer, someone asked this question on a card-making FB page and I’ve wondered the same thing. In stores, commercially made greeting cards are usually bigger (I’d say at least 5x7”). Why do so many card makers make smaller ones? Is it because you can equally halve a standard sheet of cardstock to create two 5.5” x 4.25” cards? I admit, bigger isn’t always better yet sometimes a large card is a nice change. Unfortunately, it seems most cardmaking suppliers sell dies and background stamps that fit the smaller cards, not the larger one (with the exception of regular slimline).
@jennifermcguireink2 жыл бұрын
Good question on how A2 got started. I don't know but you are right that it allows us to efficiently use a sheet of cardstock.
