I love these tips and use them (except the Aura App) quite regularly. In the mornings I like to light my candles on my altar plus light some calming incense (like lavender) to get me focused on the day - I usually pull an oracle card for something I have to concentrate on that day). I also take breaks during my work day and go outside to ground with nature (in my garden- I work from home). Unfortunately my house is very dark so growing plants in it is very difficult - but I have had a skylight put in my office, so I am hoping to have at least one plant on my desk soon, probably something easy to grow in low light - like a snake plant - and if that does well, I will introduce others too... Hi Alice, thank you for another wonderful video. What self-care would you recommend for a witch with severe anxiety disorder and moderate agoraphobia? Bonus: It is summer where I live at the moment, and I do have a small, mostly private lawn. Thank you again Kimberley.
