I was wondering if this feature was going to be added to Invoke and boom there it is! Thank you so much for the amazing presentation, I had to switch to other tools to do segmentation in the past but not anymore! Simply amazing, simply the best :)) I'd also like to ask if what you did in the presentation was based on the SAM 1 model and if the next release is going to actually include SAM v2 which should allow you to do advanced selection based on color types and gradients ?

Yes, this is based on SAM 1 and we're working on getting SAM 2 integrated :)

After trying several options (A1111/Forge, Comfy, Krita, etc), I think this one has the right mix of power and flexibility. One suggestion might be to implement "Drag and Drop Layers"

Question, did you really need to give full detail on the segmented plant and bench, with building and such just to get the impainted bench and tree? Could you have just prompted the bench and tree only? Nice vid by the way. This app is getting really good.

It's good but I think too complex to use. You should simply inpainting for example. When selecting a zone it should redraw the zone with the prompt. 95% of time because of complexity of InvokeAI it will redraw the full image or ignoring the prompt.
