I can't ever thank you enough, Eric. I never would have even tried this workout on my own. During the third piece, when we raised to 28, I thought there's just no way. One more minute of this, then two at 30, then only 60-seconds rest, then we go again? But, as always, you pulled me through it. The one-minute rest seems to fly. Thank you for everything. I especially appreciated how you explained the difference between just pushing down the legs, and actually accelerating the handle. Best, Jamie

Sharp, indeed, during that last set. But it was so interesting and encouraging to see how easy the 26 felt at the start of the 4th set, since it had felt harder on the earlier ones. Though I've got the asensei app, I'm so glad you continue to share these workouts on your KZbin channel too. Thank you so much, Eric!
