I have a very cheap rowing machine but I can still use these instructional videos to help me get the most out of my machine. I'm so happy I found Clare. Working my way towards more intervals!! (must get rid of my newly gained Quarantine-15!! - argh!!)

Just bought a new basic rowing machine for fitness and weight loss, would love a concept rower but can’t have everything! Did this work out and certainly got the blood flowing, although I learned that I can plank for just 24 seconds, but can improve on that! 👍

I like the rowing machine, such good exercise. my mind drifts to rowing in a boat on the open sea. Not that I’ve ever done that of course. Maybe it’s the English accent and watching too many period films

i love these workouts. Got a rowing machine just before lockdown and these 20 mins combined with a yoga workout have really kick started my fitness. Feeling amazing and the length means they are so easy to fit in before work. Would love some more of them.

I really enjoy Claire & Co's videos, they get you set for the day. When you've done this you've entered that healthy breakfast etc. The trick to help combine and solidify a healthy lifestyle though is the diet. We as humans are not designed to be overweight, it's scientifically a no no. We don't need to be all out athletes, just don't look at the golden M all the time and walk past it😊

Got a rowing machine instead of a gym membership due to Covid and found this video while I was searching for a rowing work out video. I like how charismatic Claire is; very firm and clear voice, great and simple instructions. the workout itself is amazing as well with each intervals noted at the top and variations to make it more engaging. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a rowing workout. I found it very intense and was nearly dying throughout the workout but I really enjoyed it once it was finished.

I'm a waterrower owner. I use a 20 minute video that came with the waterrower plus your first 20 minute video, one after the other, as my workout. Now here is another one to add - which is timely, since I can use a longer workout now. Yes, I could just keep rowing, but it is much more interesting with an instructor varying things and breaking it up. I'm looking forward to additional videos from British Rowing.

Can I ask a question. When I do an Ergo warm up (personally or coaching) I always do slide progressions from back stop position, and I ensure that feet aren't in the straps because I want to ensure there is a good tap down and the hands are past the knees to ensure a slow recovery without the feet being used to pull the ergo user forward. Is this a valid technique for a warm up.

1st day rowing, my anterior elbow region of my biceps brachial muscle is sore. I'm assuming this may be normal? No other muscle region is sore. Any ideas?

I need you to but someone on the rower that has a belly. Technique is a lot harder when you have a post baby bump or have a jelly belly. Please make a different video please..this doesnt help me.
