This was Cali's video. And I don't know if anyone else noticed the Space Oddity song, but that made me especially emotional. You used a version of this song when Dorothy was this exact age when she was learning to be the brave kid she is now. And using this pretty orchestra version for Cali in this big moment in his life... I don't know it just seems like something has come full circle and now you're swimming with whales with *all* the kids. This trip was definitely something special.

I know, but it must be a little hard to travel so much and have to leave their friends. Also, when they show them opening presents on Christmas, the kids are excited over simple gifts. I love that! 😊

I had a childhood a little similar to this, I grew up on a tiny island in the middle of the South Atlantic ocean, it is called St. Helena. When I was about 7 we went swimming with whale sharks as their migration path went past us. I remember being terrified, when my dad finally convinced me to get in the ocean, he pointed at a large whale shark swimming straight towards us, I was petrified at the time, but looking back it was such a special moment.
