Mr Sajeewa, congratulations and appreciate your willpower for 4 days water fast🎉. But break longer fasting there is a way. First, you have to have bone broth wait for 1 to 1/2 hrs, then fermented food like sauerkraut again wait for 1/2hr , then boil vegetables, then again after one hour normal meal more protein based to build muscles. There are so many literature on it. Hope this will help you. Thanks

Sajeew ayya.. Currently I am on going diet to get down my weight up to 70Kg. Now 80 Kg. But the issue was always body need some cheating meals. What is your best diet plan you are following and what is the diet plan you are following? I have grade II fatty liver too and only age 30.
