Dear friend, I liked it and felt very happy to to see this plan, but my plot is also north facing with 60 feet front (east to west) and 40 feet depth (north to south) but ground floore will be complete parking, I want for first and second Flore plan , can you give me....???

you can not use complete 60x40 size. if south have other property how the window will have air in?? You have only clearance from north and east only. You have to keep 3-4Ft gap from South and West too for any window to work.

Use Staircase in the Lawn Area with a tower, rest everything will be same. And you will get extra space which is captured by stairs in this Plan.
