We are just a stone's throw by way of tourists to Grand Bahama from USA, EU Britain, Canada to cater to that multi billion dollar blend of travelers. Grand Bahama is poised to become a goldmine under strict government restrictions as DeSantis described last week.

I don’t know what to make of your comment. I don’t have any knowledge of development in the Bahamas. Since you are a local, are you saying that these projects are fiction? Or that they are not funded? Just curious since these development plans seem over the top. Appreciate your insight.

@@kennethpreston9813 just search google news. The highest figure is 6 billion dollars investment over 3 years from overseas investors. Bahamas has only 500 thousand people. Which country that size could come up with 40 billion dollars to invest or even attract that amount of overseas investment. Big countries with many multiple of 10s of millions of people would kill for that amount of investment. So it is a matter of using your common sense. These vloggers are using these grossly overblown amount to attract views. And by the way I am not a local. I see them doing the same thing about other small countries and when I do my research I find there is no such reality. Last one I say was something similar about Barbados. Be the people from there in large numbers comment that no such development was going on in their country
