Hi everyone, I am finally done with my 2000 km Zhejiang bike tour! 🚴‍♀ This video is the culmination of all this time I spent on the road and a very significant project for the organization I work at, Green Zhejiang. It’s an entry to a video-making competition so the style is quite different from my usual vlogs (still edited by me though, not by a third party). @williamwilliam I do a lot of different stuff, sustainability education programs for kids, translating at conferences/events, environmental related video production (most of them are for third-party clients/projects and don't end up on here), etc. now that I've moved to rural China I'll have a lot of work related to promoting local products, doing local sustainability projects / ecology camps for kids etc, and changing people's perceptions of life in rural China (mostly Chinese people's perceptions, especially the younger generation, but my KZbin audience is a 'bonus' haha, a way to share China stories with the rest of the world). I'll get around to making a video on what my job actually is one of these days, LOL

You remind me of Joseph Needham, the man who loved China. He was a scientist from Cambridge, travelled to China to document Chinese inventions, and was interested in China's waterways. Thought to be the Stephen Hawkin of his time.

Have bike will travel and I love your interaction with the locals at different stops which I find most interesting. No "clever" editing can slant a story. I would not mind documenting your story with my camera and like the song goes "I will follow her" wherever Katherine may go. There isn't a journey that is too long that I am not able to follow.
