I have had some hate on reddit Firstly for not comparing the noise. The noise of the aliexpress heatsink was less by a substantial margin as the rpms of the fans were less. The noctua heatsink was actually quite hard to install and remove because you could not see where the screws were. If there is more hate comment below.

wish you had a clean Noctua heat sink to test. Also the case isn't going to provide enough fresh air intake to cool as efficiently as possible

Both tests were done with the side panel off But its still enough to cool my rx580 and the 135w Xeon at full load to decent temps.

This has to be the worst installation of cpu cooler i have ever seen, just putting a blob on the cpu like that wont have a good bond at all

It really doesn't make a significant difference. Thermal paste should be able to fill the gaps well enough either way.
